Ask George Atallah, Spokesman For The NFL Players Association, About Last Night's Shitshow In Seattle
As the NFLPA's assistant executive director for external affairs, George Atallah is the official spokesman for the NFL players. As you might expect, he's a busy man right now. "What a nutty day," he told us earlier, when we approached him to see if he'd be willing to do a live chat.
Initially, Atallah agreed to do a chat that was scheduled for two hours ago, but then circumstances got in the way: In the wake of last night's Seattle scabfest, the NFLPA arranged for its player representatives to meet this afternoon via conference call. Atallah had to postpone, but he was still kind enough to carve 35 minutes out of his schedule to do the chat now. He also told us questions about this afternoon's player rep meeting are fair game. So go right ahead and hit him up in the discussion down below.
Update (5:39 p.m.): Atallah's got to go. We can't thank him enough for joining us. His Q&A can still be viewed below.
